I wonder had he not Got rid of Amelie Mauresmo as coach and replaced her with Ivan Lendl would he still have won?.
Murray famously said 'Women can coach' and obviously they can, but he won nothing big with her maybe having such a brilliant ex male player like Lendl gives Murray something extra in confidence.

Utterly imperious from Murray , didn't give the Canadian a sniff.
Bit harsh losing your serve once to lose a final but couldn't get any pressure on Murray.
Can rack up a few more Grand slams now with Nadal broken & Federer near his sell by date.

I would normally have watched this, but not on the same day as major football.
There's a limit to how much sport I watch, and football always comes first.

Fuck off Sue Barker, these are the kids he's inspiring, balls to that, they are from the local toff schools who will all be off to Cambridge and Oxford. The talent we should be giving a chance to are the kids from the deprived areas on park courts. But the LTA barely does anything for them, they'd rather spend money on flowers so Wimbledon looks good enough for all the posh knobs.
